The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) is a place where many people gathered for special events, graduation march and theater shows, but do you see this place every Sunday morning? If you love to jog, run, exercise, playing badminton and other outdoor activities then this is the place for you. The best time to go here is, as early as 5:00 a.m., will believe me as early as 5:00 it's crowded with people already.
