Who love Paella? raising my hand, include me to that :) My mother know how to cook Paella, but she rarely cook it, she only serve it during Christmas or during special occasions. I confessed I' am a food lover (kita naman sa katawan :) lately I've been reading cookbook, I just one to learn new food or recipe, especially international cuisine. I dropped by at the bookstore and I saw this mag, the October issue of Appetite magazine which shared some Spanish and Mexican Recipe.
