Goodbye 2010..Welcome 2011

Hi readers!

   The days were really fast. I woke up one day it’s my birthday and now it is New Year’s Eve. The year 2010 is almost my good year until an unfortunate event happened to my family only this last week of December. I will not elaborate more about what happen but it was because of one guy.

The year twenty ten was not really a bad year.

I meet new people

I reunited with my old friends from high school to college and to our old neighbors who move out to the other place.

Now I knew whose real and fake friends, I discovered who were there for you every time you need them and I also discovered who is just using me and came to me only if they need things.

I learn to love my family more and this is important to me.

I found new hobby and skills

I started to love writing thru blog and this complete my day every time I wrote something about my life or my experience here are my blogs:

I also learn to fight what I think is right. I will voice out what I feel and share my wisdom about it.

I learn so many things thru my little niece Venice. I learned to love unconditionally.

I learn to appreciate little things… before I always wanted to have the biggest blessing...

2010 I admit that I became addicted to Facebook 

2010 makes me an opinionated or commentator person, I was aware about politics and current issues

This 2011 I promise to give all my BEST !!

Nice Present!

Hi readers!

     How was your day? Do you unwrapped your gift already? I know you have many Christmas stories. What I love about Christmas is the reunion with our family and even with our friends. I know you also received gifts,  will if not there still things to thank for.. be happy!!... because there's still so many blessings to come and one thing to thank for is you are still alive and you still experience Christmas unlike others who were already in the hand of our almighty father. Last year, my friend Ricky died due to a motor accident, he died exactly December 24, 2009 in Makati Medical Center. We live in the same building and our family was close to his family that's why last year our Christmas has been solemn and full of sadness. After one year of his death his family still in grieved, but that is life we must go on.

     We celebrated Christmas in a simpliest way, I attended mass at Holy Family Parish Church. My family has a small get together in our house, here in Makati. I received nice present and that was what I will be sharing in this post. My sister really knows what I love, she gave me a nice present  like sunblock, lipstick and a diary/planner. I love VMV Hypoallergenic Armada SPF30 (It cost 1,000 plus) and VMV lipstick in Cool Chick color. Just check the picture below.

     For me this year the best gift I had was my little niece Venice. It is priceless when Venice is happy and healthy and not only my niece but I hope my entire family is in good health and happy too. Happy Birthday Jesus you're the center of this celebration.Merry Christmas to all!!!

Smokey eyes in Shimmer Metal Palette

   There're a lot of ways to have a smokey eye effect, I created a smokey eyes in shimmer metal palette. I used Shawill 6 color cream eye shadow. (about shawill eye shadow: shawill 6 color eyeshadow).

Materials I used: 

1. Ever Belina Pro Flawless finish foundation in 3#Oriental color 
2. Shawill Brush
3. VMV Hypoallergenic Glow lip and cheek tint 
4. VMV Hypoallergenic Illuminant Protective camouflage loose powder in honey color (Mineral finisher andMattifier powder) 
5. Fashion21 liquid eyeliner black color
6. Shawill 6 color cream eyeshadow

Step:
Step 1: First applied  Ever Belina Pro Flawless finish foundation in 3#Oriental color.

Step 2: For matte finished I applied VMV Hypoallergenic Illuminant Protective camouflage loose powder in honey color (Mineral finisher andMattifier powder) 

Step 3: For the eye make-up I used Shawill 6 color cream eyeshadow. First I applied no. 2 or silver shimmer color in my upper eyelid . then I applied kohl shimmer palette or no. 3 in outer layer of my eyes. Add no. 4 or copper shimmer palette in middle part to color effect. Then I added no. 1 or white shimmer palette in outer layer of the eyes (near the nose to add brightening effect)

Step 4:   To enhance smokey eye I applied Fashion21 liquid eyeliner in my upper eyelid to create cat eye look by extending line at least half slant or before it reach the corner of eyebrows.

Step 5:   For big or wide eye effect I added line on my lower eyelid.

Step 6:   For my lips I used VMV Hypoallergenic Glow lip and cheek tint for a plump effect.

Step 7:   For my cheeks I also applied Glow lip and cheek tint for a glossy effect.

Christmas Rush plus food trip in Kowloon House and Buddys Pancit Lucban Restaurant

Hi readers!     

     5 days to go before Christmas everyone is on the rush, for their shopping list.  If you’re planning to go to the mall today will get ready for the crowded people, long line of payment in the cashier, no parking space, and long lines of taxi for commuter, traffics and more to mention..

     Yesterday my family went to Ayala Center, our first stop SM Makati. My brother bought his black T-shirt at Fubu in the ground floor while I walked around the cosmetic section (near the Watson area) and I was impressed with the interior design of the place very high class and modernistic. My mom bought me a new pair of Jessica purple plastic shoes (very comfy on my feet) while my mom bought green slippers from toothberries. 
   At lunch time we only ate in SM food court, the area was crowded. I choose Kowloon House for my food. I ate Combo number 2 which includes of java rice, pancit canton, pork and sour sauce and chopsuey all cost for only P75.00 pesos plus mineral water cost P18.00 pesos. Next we walked in Glorietta, the place is still under renovation few stores is available but business as usual, other store was in Glorietta 5. We just took pictures of Venice in Red chair.  Then we went to Landmark, I love this store. I love the interior design from food courts to 2^nd floor (woman accessories section) they have many bargain finds from dress, toys, gadgets and more. I also love the stationery section, I bought my 2011 planner, notebook and mini light which I can use while reading my fave book.

Bargain Hunter grandma!!!

     Glad I’m wearing flat shoes though my feet were aching from long hours of strolling, so my advice don’t wear heels when shopping especially during the Christmas rush. Then for a snack or merienda we ate in Buddy's Pancit Lucban Restaurant just in front of Landmark or below the Anson Arcade building. For the meal we ate Pancit Lucban which is cost P155.00 good for 3 people and Pizza Supreme cost P120.00 pesos, soft drinks in can cost 40.00 each. The Buddies Store has a Lucban, Quezon interior like a pahiyas festival look, all in wood interior and glass wall which you can see the outside and people passing by. I love this day not only because of shopping but also because of the family bonding thanks mama!

FOTD: Shawill 6 Color Creme Eyeshadow and Eyeliner Pencil

   I have 2 features of the day, the Shawill 6 color creme eyeshadow and Shawill Eyeliner Pencil. I'm looking for an eye makeup that  will enhance my eyes or to create a smoky look. I like the look of Kim Kardashian, so one day  I headed to the nearest supermarket and grab this eyeshadow.
